Rainier Christian Schools Spring Auction

We are just weeks away from Rainier Christian Schools’ 13^th annual spring auction. This year’s event will be held Saturday, April 24, 2010 from 5:00pm to 9:30pm at The Kent Commons. Plan now to attend this fun-filled event which benefits every student and staff member within RCS.

Our annual RCS auctions have been extremely successful, raising over $900,000 in the past 12 years. These funds have provided our schools with needed programs and facilities. For that we are extremely grateful. Help us break the $1 million mark this year!

For the first year, we are holding an ONLINE AUCTION of certificate items prior to our actual auction event. Starting Friday, March 26^th until Monday, April 5^th, items will be available online for your bidding.

Registration is simple, is free of charge, and you’ll find some wonderful certificate items to purchase. Donations will also be accepted for the Scholarship Fund in the online auction. Be sure to notify family and friends, near or far, of our online auction. Items won will be mailed by Friday, April 9^th or as soon as sales are verified and paid.

We thank you in advance for your assistance and involvement with this years’ auction. It is your partnership with RCS that makes it so we can provide the best Christ-centered education to all the students at our five campuses in the district.

Our auction goals for 2010 are:

· $125,000 net raised, with $50,000 given for scholarships

· 350+ people in attendance

Every staff member, parent, student, as well as family and friends are encouraged to join together to ensure this years’ auction meets its goals.

Donations are accepted – no matter the value – until Thursday, April 22^nd. The donation form is posted here or they are available at every RCS campus or Administrative Office in Renton...so don't delay, pick some up or print some out, fill them out, pass them out, and return them.

Invite family, friends, co-workers, and/or neighbors to attend RCS’ auction with you. Tickets are $55 per person for a buffet dinner of prime rib, salmon, and vegetarian fettuccini prepared by Longhorn Barbecue. That’s a great price for a fantastic meal, along with fun and fellowship in support of RCS. Tickets are available at all RCS campuses and at the Administrative Office.

Table sponsorships begin at $600 for a table of eight with catalog advertising. Catalog advertising by itself is also available. Information on both is also posted here on the auction webpage.
