Probation
gives a student an opportunity to correct his or her problem. If he
or she does not improve to a satisfactory level, he or she should be
expelled or asked to withdraw from the school |

Reasons for Probation |
| |
- Deliberate disobedience.
- A rebellious spirit which is
unchanged after effort by teachers and administrators.
- Insufficient academic progress
- A continued negative attitude and
bad influence upon other students.
- Committing a serious breach of
conduct inside or outside the school.
- Failure of parents to comply with
disciplinary procedures of the school.

Notification of Probation |

A conference is held with the parents, the
student and the administrator to give notification and explain the
probation |
| |
2. |
A letter explaining probation and making
suggestions for parental action is sent to the parents after the
conference. |
| |
3. |
The letter contains a request to the
parents that they apply disciplinary measures during the probation in
cooperation with the action of the school. |
