An Application form is to be filled out in its entirety and returned with the registration fee to the school office.  This form does not assure final enrollment but is one source of basic information needed to determine eligibility for admittance.  Lack of both parent's signatures and incomplete forms will delay the process.  If both parents are not available to sign the forms, a statement must be made with the form.  An appointment may be established for an interview and testing of the student prior to entering MVE.  Previous years' tests will be acceptable.  The testing aids in determining the suitability of enrollment and in establishing a foundation of understanding of home-school relationships. 

An interview is REQUIRED for all parents and their child seeking to enroll their child for the first time.  Proof of immunizations is required during the interview for those seeking attendance.

Notification will be given of the action taken upon the application.  These steps will provide the basis for the selection of students to fill the class openings.

After notification of acceptance, final admittance is not attained until the Parent Agreement is signed by both parents and all required forms are signed, including the FACTS information due at the Administration Office.
