Little People Faculty and Staff

Carol Meeuwse is the preschool director and loves starting her day off meeting the little children, their parents and her staff.  She enjoys working at our preschool and its a true blessing for her to be a part of Rainier Christian Schools.  Being able to be involved in the lives of preschoolers is what she loves most!

Lee Anna Jackson has a lot of different jobs here at our preschool.  She is officially the secretary, but in the blink of an eye, she can turn into a teacher, nurse, janitor, or whatever the moment demands.  This year Lee Anna is teaching our Morning Jr. Kindergarten Preschool M-F from 8:30-11:30.  She loves being in the classroom with the kids and does an excellent job in the classroom or wherever she travels.

Ercy Morones does a fantastic job cooking for our preschoolers.  She takes extra care to meet all their needs, especially for those with special diets.  Ercy enjoys working with our little ones.  We often find her in the dramatic play center, sipping "pretend coffee" while enjoying a nice chat with our preschoolers.

Mrs. Mulu Gebrestadik is our Toddler teacher this year.  This is Mulu's first year at Little People but in the past we have all come to love her as a parent and now we are blessed with her as a teacher. She is enjoying getting to know her little group of 1 year olds while having lots of fun with them.  She often has one on her hip and one pulling on her leg, but loving every minute.   Come take a look at her class, you will love it.

Our Two's class always has fun with Ms. Jennifer Wade as their teacher.  She plans creative things for them to do, and manages to keep each child busy during their preschool day.  Ms. Jennifer loves to do crafts with her children, and their artwork is often on display in her classroom.

Our Two 1/2 and Three Year Old class is always full of excitement, and Mrs. Deanna Quincy is the one responsible for that!  She has plenty of creative ideas to share with these little ones, and they absorb it all.  Three year olds have plenty of energy, but somehow, Mrs. Deanna seems to keep them all right on track.

Suzi Martin keeps her preschoolers busy in our Four's class.  Creative play, block, building, and sensory stations are just a small part of her classroom set up.  Preschoolers LOVE her classroom, and Ms. Suzi does an incredible job of staying one step ahead of them.

Mrs. Diana Olson has been a long time parent of Rainier Christian Schools and we are so glad she has chosen to work at Little People the last few years.   She is our Junior Kindergarten teacher's aid and the kids love her kind spirit in the classroom.

Carolyn Ray is our Junior Kindergarten teacher and does an excellent job of preparing our kids for kindergarten.  Mrs. Carolyn has taught every class in preschool, but prefers to stay in the JK classroom!  It's always great to peek into her room and see the fun things that she has prepared to teach her students each day.

Our Teacher's Aid for Mrs. Suzi's JK class is her very own Mom, Mrs. Nel Neds.  (She is often called "gramma"...and she is okay with that.  Mrs. Nel loves the children and has been a real blessing to our program.

Our gal around campus is Sara Barnett.  You can see Sara helping in the morning preschool class, tod's and two's class, JK class and yes there's more...she is teaching music to the children.  She loves Jesus and can be seen singing to the kids on the playground.  She is such a blessing to us here.
