General Behavior

  • Prompt and cheerful obedience to all school personnel.

  • Respect will be shown for the rights and property of others.

  • Students will follow a "hands off" policy, i.e. no fighting, hitting, pushing, slapping.

  • Students are to conduct themselves in an open, frank and friendly manner with other students.  "Boy/girl" relationships are not permitted on school grounds in any situation

  • School materials are to be put back where they belong after being used.

  • Students are responsible for damage and expected to repair or replace item.

  • Students are not to leave the school grounds or return home by any means other than that which is usual without a note or phone call from the student's parent.

  • Toys are not to be brought to school.  Exception is made when directed by a teacher for an intended purpose.

  • Students are not to use the telephone except in the case of emergency.  Arranging for another student to come home after school and other such events need to be made prior to the school day.

  • Behavior on fieldtrips, outdoor education and on the bus must conform to the same rules that apply on school grounds.

  • Use of abrasive or profane language, disorderly and boisterous behavior are not permitted at any time.
